DreamboxUK Services Database v2.4.0

Changes made in the lamedb file creation function. This is a test to see if it fixes the greyed out channels issue that causes the need for a sat scan.
Improvements to the addons panel. Addons are now grouped into 6 sections. Cams, Plugins, Settings etc etc.
I'd like very specific feedback regarding the previous greyed out channels issues please.

This release adds the Enigma1 / Enigma2 option to the profiles form. After installing this release
its recommended that you manually delete any existing profiles by going to your My Documents\dbuk_profiles folder and delete the text files.
Once they have been deleted, you can re-create them in the frontend software as you did before and add the E1 / E2 selection.
If you do not delete them, you will encounter an error when loading profiles.
This will not need to be done in future releases.

You may well encounter an error when loading existing box profiles, as the Commando bouquet option has now been added to the profile. Simply delete your box profiles and create new ones in the app. Apologies for the incon...

Further automation added to the admin functions for creating regional bouquets.
Tar archives are now created automatically for each region.
Tar archives are now FTP'd to the DBUK server automatically.
These additions are only for the DBUK team I'm afraid. However, with this automation in place it helps keep the DBUK bouquet updater plugin bang up to date with the services database.DreamboxUK Services Database Frontend v2.9.7

Sorry for the delay on this. Development has been moved to a new machine because of hardware problems. The move created several issues but hopefully everything is back on track now.
