dreambox 500 hd green light stays on after a insuccesfull reboot!!!

Hi,i wanted to put a new image on my dm 500hd,i allmost did,cause when i try to reboot my box,she blocked...Now i have a problem because i can't put a new image on my box cause the green light stays on ...What shall i do?Thx a lot

Use JapharFlasher(or DreamUp) to reflash the right SSL for Original box, via Service mini USB Port,

dm 500 hd not found

i tried but the dream up don't found the dm.

You need to install the driver, then you can use DreamUp or better JapharFlasher,

You have the driver to install here,

Once installed your PC should find on the USB Port the "DM500HD". Then you can run the Flasher setting properly the IP address, and remember it's always better to connect the DM500HD and PC to the router and have the Usb from PC to DM500HD, so 2 cables connected.
