Dm800hd sim 2.01 display of ???

Hi since many days my dm800hd sim 2.01 not working ,disply is of only two lans leds back are on ,I changed the adapter and not working ,anybody has any idea if any component inside need to be changed I can't connect it even with null modem cable not reacting.Thanks

Hardware fault, most likely cpu failure.
