Hi mate
Could you tell us what motor you have?
If you have a usual motorthen do it like this.
On your remote
Menu-setup-service searching
Highlight tuner and press ok
Configuration Mode=Simple
Mode= Posistioner
Then input your long and latitude coordinates
Press ok and reboot.

Best way then is to right down all the position number you have stored on the vbox for eack sat position.
Turn the vbox off while you do this next step.
Menu-setup-service searching
Highlight tuner and press ok
Configuration Mode=Advanced
Then scroll to satellite position start at the left side of your arc say 45E
Now turn on the LNB to LNB 1
Scroll to the bottom of the page and were it say
Use usuals for this sat select no diseqc 1.2
Scroll to position number and insert the number that sats position is in the vbox.
Repeat this for all sat positions then turn on the vbox and check your motor moves.

i have problem with longtitude and latitude
can you please tell me how to enter these

Elevation: 30.0°
Azimuth (true): 57.3°
Azimuth (magn.): 57.3°

Highlight the Latitude line and press the number 4 on remote, if that does not work highlight the Latitude line again and use the <> direction button on the remote the alter the directional input.

I try it yesterday works but one problem is that when i try to move the dish to Hotbird or astra it goes but after 20 minutes watching tv when i try to move in example 16 Eutelsat it freezes and forget the point ...
If somebody can help me get out of this ...\

I use only non usuals because i read somewere there is a bug in all images about negative Longitude.
You can not write negative longitude in other languages then english.
It only works with **********English.
Don't know if it is true but.....

You should have inserted in this format (like this):-
Long: 021.160
East or West (probably East)
Lat : 042.670
North or South. (probably North)
Never heard of it. I almost always use Usals...its efficient and simple provided that you have the Motor aligned correctly both Latitude wise and most importantly...Pole Plumb (meaning really straight)and Motor properly set on the Satellite Ark.
