dm 800 se clone connection to the pc with usb

I'm trying to change an image on dm 800 se clone with USB (no broswer), but I can't see to the decoder to the PC, even though the drivers installed on pc with windows xp, w7.
how can I proceed?

Upload ur nfi image through network browsing ur ip to flash it with Internet Explorer, dm800 se is not using usb to flash it unless u use a plugin such flashbackup or dflash to flash ur box by image stored in ur storage memory (usb or hdd)

flashing of ur dm800se is always with ur pc internet explorer browser ( better to use IE not with firefox or google chrome)
