DM 800 HD SE clone problem

Can anyone help me with my problem. I am a newbie when it comes to this boxes.
Yesterday when i started the box, i got a message if i wanted to upgrade the firmware. I clicked ok, it updated and then the box restarted.
But the yellow line only loads to 50 %, and nothing happens, its stuck. I can only see the Newnigma2 logo with a white backgroud, and it says " please wait" but nothing happens.
It is a clone dreambox, this one exactly: DM800HD SE satellite tv receiver support 300M wifi sim a8p ALPS 801A M tuner dvb s2 dm800se

Never ever upgrade the firmware for a DM clone . having said that can you pls let us know which image you had on the box?.

He has an A8P sim in there just like running an original so he can update online.

Sometimes online update go wrong even on original images maybe because the image was so out of date.

I suspect this will need a reflash.

I dont know what image i have, it says Newnigma2 when i start the box.
How do i reflash it? Whrer can i get an firmware?

Do i need to connect the box to my pc with a cable or is it some other way?

Flash your box with ethernet cable and router with this method

On the previous image, i had a "move channels" option, so i could sort out the favourite ones.
But this option is not available in the menu section on this current image.
Is there a plugin i can download?
