DM 7025Si Power Supply Issue

My DM 7025S is not booting anymore .
I get only week backlight in display without graphic content .
There is "ticking" sound from the power supply .
Is there anybody here on the forum expirianced the same problem and how to find out which components are gone ?

Common problem although ive not experienced it myself.

Full power supply boards can be sourced as a last resort if you can not trace the component.

I thought , it maybe someone who has done simular repair , who has idea which components couse the most common problems with the PSU .
