burn.bat is wrong !!

inside the file you will find two files .... rootfs.img and burn.bat

content of the file burn.bat is wrong ... so you can not flash the image ...as is

You have to exchange the burn.bat file before flashing.

- copy burn.bat and rootfs.img to your usb-stick
