Copy/paste file and folders

I have a question;
Why we use DCC to copy files and folders from the PC to the receiver while we can go to \\VUUNO4KSE\Root and copy/paste any file directly

It just another way of transferring files use whatever works for you. How do you set the file attributes ? DCC will do that.

With DCC there are a lot more options than copy paste files as you put it.
