can a channel list be dowloaded directly to a dreambox 800hd the same way it is done on a dreambox 500?

these methodes are ok but can it be done directly only by using the receiver?

yes you can download settings directly to the receiver, then you can get them from the receiver with dreambox edit, edit the sats you dont to view save them, then ftp them back to the receiver.

If you are on a image that has a download server. Nabilo, EDG etc then you can download settings via you remote.
