Are you getting a message when you try to download?

It may be you have exceeded your 24 hr allowance.

Read the error you get and avoid using download managers, they'll eat up your limit with one or two files.

Ihave no downloadfor the last two days but I am getting the message that I have reached my limit, dont know what is the problem. Any way I want to change my username ang password. How it is posssible.

That sounds like a good idea to change your password. Maybe someone else used your account.
You can do it in your usercp:

As for the username well no need to change your username. But if you have some special reason you can pm me.

Although I haven't downloaded any files within the last two weeks, I get a message " you have reached your download limit".Why is that? What should I do for downloading? Thank you

Don't claim something that's not true. I've just logged in to your account downloaded the file without any problems.(that cost you 1 download towards the limit though). This thread is now closed as this topic is already covered many times. Limits are working just fine. They are set at high enough for any normal use. Download manager tools with eat up limit much faster if you use them etc.
