BlackHole 1.66 in flash and Wireless problem

Hi

I installed the new patched image Blackhole 1.66 in external.It works fine for me except the display panel.
I installed the same image in flash and I have problem with my wireless stick Dlink 122.
The image doesn't boot if my sick wifi is plugged in my DM800HD clone.
If I remove the stick,the image boot correctly and the display LCD works fine.
There is no option to install the wireless network.
If I plug the stick Wifi the image stop to work.

It is passible to backup the image I have in multiboot and to install it in flash. In that case the wifi will work or not?

How to do the backup of image in multiboot.
All the utilities I found is for backup image in flash.

i have try this solution, but not works, tired to find solution for this probleme.

What I don't understand in the past I never had a problem with wireless and now a lot of the new images comes with the wireless problem. Why ?

This image is so heavily modified to run on a DM its no wonder some aspects wont work driver kernel mismatch who knows but running the image in the flash is the only way to know for sure if there is a fault with the actual image.
