Hi Newbie on here. I'm trying to read up on adding new channel data via the key edit menu on the spiderbox 7000. Can anyone point me in the right direction were I can find user guides and where i can get the data to input from.

Go to Menu - Key Edit -Press OK - CAS Type --> BISS -
Press add (yellow button) - add the frequency of the channel and then put the keys on the key data pressing OK - then Exit -Save -OK - Save again -OK -Exit.
Channel clears.

cheers for that, I've got most of them, as I said in my 1st post I'm still quite a novice on the spiderbox and was exploring different options with the present ongoing problems receiving data from the Service + server.

Hi, im new at this as i had someone set up my box with the biss channels but now they have gone.

can anybody please give me the new keys for the
PLtv and the NBA???

They are in the Encryptions > Keys > Biss section

and are easily found using the search function on the site

but look here: Premier League TV [PLTV] HD (@ Eutelsat W2A, 10°E, Biss)

and here: NBA TV HD / NBA POOL EUROPE 1 (Eutelsat10A @ 10°E)
