big problem wih my tuner

I purchased a DM800HD is and this is my second but when I flash a picture can hopefully I can do but after I get a message that says that the tuner is not set.
because the tuner is DVB -T or DVB- C . How can I have DVB -S tuner so I can choose my satellites to set my dm800.
when I go to reception settings I have the first line configuration mode : enable then used scan service type : frequency bands then scan band VHF EU I: yes then scan band MID EU : yes and several lines VHF yes
what should I do because I saw France and am not too specialties dreambox then please help me but at my level.

Is this the sr3 tuner with sat cable and terrestrial ?
