You got that all mixed up and very confused .
There is no BBC Scotland [ SD ] as All BBC SD channels were removed in Jan 2024
on 15W Telestar 12 BBC Satback Package BBC ONE Scotland HD has perfect Audio and Video always did and always will .

For oscam, one line is enough for all programs, it is not necessary to have each one separately.

Earlier, not brilliant only 6.2dB but may indicate reception for others in the Comunidad de Valencia:-

I'm close to Valencia in Spain with 100 cm but for me 0%...
I also don't have a stable signal every day, when it's night I can't see, and the stable signal only appeared now that we're heading towards winter, during the summer it was rare to be able to see anything.

My signal (Telstar12)
SNR: 7.25 BER: 0
receiver: Dreambox One
tuner: Si2166D
110 cm Motorized offset dish with Inverto Black Ultra LNB old version, based in Denmark.
Signal is not 100% stable, some pixelation in rain and sometimes signal drops to lower than 6.
I am unfortunately unable to get a larger dish.
Read that Dreambox models does not have a good tuner, so can somebody recommend a good OE 2.5 or 2.6 based model with good sensitive tuner ?
I have ordered the new Inverto Black Ultra 2022 edition (OPN-ULTRA-SNL412-IDLT), and I will try to change LNB in the weekend to see if i get more signal (will post results)
Any recommendations is welcome.

Changing LNB to OPN-ULTRA-SNL412-IDLT, didn't help at all, same signal level as before.
