i would say Pids are encrypted for a really long time if not surely the Viark or GT Media would scan these ...?
YOU WILL Lock it but you hopefully should see a reduction on Signal .
i would imagine the Beam has gotten quite a bit tighter it looks like
i did notice signal should be upwards of 14db usually but now is only 11db at best .

20% + drop in signal strength, and maybe narrowed the beam more.

Working on my Octagon. I can confirm that they all scan in and open on a battered old Freeview (Openbox) V7HD too!

Is anyone maybe able to upload a copy of their lamedb to the forum to 'archive' the current settings in case they switch off in the near future?

Not been around 15w for a while, but I read that others had noticed a drop in signal recently. Not sure if they've upped the power again, but I'm getting 97% (15.8dB) in NW England. Think it's about the same as I remember...

I think the video PIDs for those channels are as follows. Not sure on the audio ones though, sorry..

BBC Scotland HD = 433C
BBC Alba = 12FC

Not possible, not even with big satellite dishes.
Not only the signal is weak, but on frequency 11014 V another signal is beamed over Italy and Central Europe from the same satellite, using the Central Mediterranean beam.
This data signal on 11014 V has a very large bandwidth, about 95 MHz (with a SR of 107000). If you split 95 in half, you get about 47, a number you should add and subtract to 11014, so you can see the lower and upper limits of the bandwidth used by this signal. That is between 10967 and 11061.
As you can see, 11043 is covered by almost 20 Mhz in bandwidth by this data signal, hence heavily interfering 11043 V, which would have been already very low.

do you think that's possible get an signal lock in north germany 54N 12E with 1,5m dishes?
On 27,5° i had signal lock in the morning and evening with sidelobe beam.

I would like change the position of my dishes to 15°W but i don't know whether it's worth it!
What do you think?
