YOU WILL Lock it but you hopefully should see a reduction on Signal .
i would imagine the Beam has gotten quite a bit tighter it looks like
i did notice signal should be upwards of 14db usually but now is only 11db at best .

Im picking up 2 "other" channels on my 80cm dish SE England, both do not have Video or Audio PIDS, could someone with the required equipment check what they are please?

Not possible, not even with big satellite dishes.
Not only the signal is weak, but on frequency 11014 V another signal is beamed over Italy and Central Europe from the same satellite, using the Central Mediterranean beam.
This data signal on 11014 V has a very large bandwidth, about 95 MHz (with a SR of 107000). If you split 95 in half, you get about 47, a number you should add and subtract to 11014, so you can see the lower and upper limits of the bandwidth used by this signal. That is between 10967 and 11061.
As you can see, 11043 is covered by almost 20 Mhz in bandwidth by this data signal, hence heavily interfering 11043 V, which would have been already very low.
