2nd Failed

Hello Team,

I have a big problem with my DM800se clone.
After software upgrade, the STB not working...
On the fron panel write- 2nd Failed.
Please help me, and give me some instruction ,how to resolve the problem.

Hello mate

Online updates should not be done on a clone it will in most cases download anti clone files that will stop your clone booting.

The only exception to this seems to be OpenPLI but even then some users find the software update work and others suffer the same problem as you the box wont boot on reboot.
