Hi guys, just checking, actually getting my box today.

The Latest firmware for the Viark sat 4k box is PT VIARK SAT 4K (1.14) - Is that right?
Does CEC work with the box. I see it mention in the specifications but have read that it doesn't work on some spanish sites?

Is Discovery History working on the Viarks?

Just a quick question regarding the guide. So we don’t now have to pay to upgrade to have sly Germany and uk? Just I’m getting the dish put up tomorrow and setting the box up tonight. Cheers guys

Hi mate, I only have discovery history plus 1 in my channel list and that is not clearing but discovery hd and sky history hd both work.

Is the polish's channel CANAL+ 4K Ultra HD open on forever's server?

Thanks for the help and useful thread and links. Was able to get box up and running . Seems to be working fine. Wish the organisation of channels was easier/better.

Did come across the program to edit the channel lists on the pc. May do that instead.

No. It's not yellow. There are some other 4K channels on 13E that are open, like Eleven Sports 4K

At the moment you may have to do it on the receiver. There are editors but they are not working so well. Unless others know better.

Yeah, this editor works on. Bit easier to do it on the pc. Just painstaking to go through and sort. Create favourites . Add sport and movies, pretty much it for me and maybe sort 28.2. But I did see at least other people sharing channel lists so that’s really good.

Movistar haven't got UHD channels available on Sat, only on FTTH conections.

On Astra you can watch right now RTL, UHD1 and ProSieben with common clines
On Hotbird you have Rai 4K, Eleven Sports 4K (not HDR) and Eurosport 4K & TVP 4K when there are Olympics, UEFA Euro or World Cup. But also this channels works with common clines

Confirmed:

DSTV (SuperSport, South Africa) is open on the Geant OTT 750 4K Allure receiver running the VIP package.
Pictured below is the MTV channel from DSTV frequency of 12054H on the Sub Saharan beam of 36.0 East.
