youtube or grooveshark on ariva not working

Anyone know when update due to fix you tube and groove shark on ariva 102, 103 & S300

Update comes only when new software comes.
No new software has arrived

Not long then comes New Patch Firmware.

Still no new firmware for s300 to fix YouTube and groove shark API, I have emailed Ferguson twice but they have not bothered replying. I can't believe Ferguson selling this latest ariva series receiver and have not released an update when the update for the 102e and 103 was released about 4 weeks now.
