MediaPortal YouTube.fm Ver 0.5.4

This plugin expose youtube site music videos and use the last.fm services to make dynamic playlists.
To use this plugin you need a youtube(gmail) and a last.fm account. 

For last.fm you need to setup the AudioScrobbler plugin.

All date are stored in youtube site like playlists and favorites.

The using the playlist are same like music playlist.
