Which HD Twin tuner PVR receiver is the best ?

Hello , Happy New Year everyone

I'm a new member and it's my very first post.
I'd like to buy an HD twin tuner PVR receiver decoding AC3+ audio Hd sound as used now by french tv HD stations .
I've been told that most receivers are not equiped with this AC3+ decoding .
I'd like also to buy a receiver bugs free or with a minimum of bugs along with a super HD image quality.
here in France , a few receivers are available ( topfield , Humax , AZ Box Premium , Kathrein ), i have read about Vantage , ClarkTech ,AZ Box Premium and i don't know which one chose.
My budget can go up to 700 Euros.
I also need a receiver in which i could read Canal + HD official card 18 ( i pay for this but not satisfied with the station own receiver )along with a powercam module( i've heard about emulators but i know it's illegal and i don't know how it works anyway ).

IP Box 9000 plus comes with Linux on board and can decode AC3+.

Other option is 922 Kathrein. Own software is crap but you have Enigma 2 on it.

In a few days (or weeks) you get the new IPBox 9900 with Enigma 2 on board so maybe this could be something for you.

Humax is crap, Topfield I don't care.

Enigma 2 is a Linux receiver operating system that started on MIPS based receiver from Dreambox, but has now been ported over on many other brands. It is written in Python and has a nice GUI.

Sorry guys but it looks like this forum is dedicated to experimented users of Computer- Sat receiver , a bit too technical for me.
I absolutely did not understood the meaning of your answer except that is a world of softawres manipulations.
