Where I'm i going wrong ?

Can someone look at this screen shot and see where I am going wrong.
I can not add any keys to v plug

Click on 2nd last tab top right with key icon. It should say import keys. Create a txt file in your documents with key info and press on import key. The video stream should then clear if its for Tandberg.

Just a update, I tried ProgDVB and it worked first time.

The problem must have been DVB Viewer, it would not save the key.

Guys I have solved the problem with DVB Viewer and adding keys.
I had to run DVB Viewer as admin and now I can add keys no problem. If I start DVB Viewer just by double clicking it then I can not add keys.
