hello there
please tell me how to connect wetek theatre to the internet or google to configure oscam.I am always told that access is denied.please help.

thank you for reply.I installed oscam on ANDROID ,THEN started it.but wheb I moved to chrome on pc and typed ipofwetek:8888, IGOT :THIS PAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE.ERRORname is not resolved???????????????

yes because when I started oscam from the app installed on android it gave me the message oscam s irunning.but when i try to move to the site for eg 10.0.0.5:8888 from my pc or from webbrowser on the android it gives me access denied????????????????????

ok go to apps open oscam and stop it ( pic 1 )

after this reboot the box,then go back to oscam and start it or click on restart it if you have it set to start soon as the box starts( pic 2 )

now in your browser add the ip in my case it was 192.168.1.76 followed by the port 8888

so it now looks like this 192.168.1.76:8888

when the oscam page opens or if in your case it dont the username and password is

username: oscam

password: oscam

1.have you given oscam super user permissions...???

2.in your network setting in oscam have you enabled DHCP and not static

try to ping the ip and see if you get a response from it,and keep trying the restart oscam option you will see it stop and then restart then check web browser again.

I was getting an error then I typed the ip into web browser instead of refreshing it again and it worked

in windows go to command prompt and type CD\

now you will see C:\

type

ping 10.0.0.5 if that's the ip then you should see something like the picture if you see the packets sent and received ok the ip and network to the box is ok

I would uninstall then reinstall oscam and see if it connects afterwards

that's all I can suggest, unless your firewall is blocking it or blocking the port 8888
