Installation:
libicmedu.so - on usb stick to /plugins directory or on hdd to /mnt/hd/data/stb/lib/dvb2001 and attributes 755
icmedu.cfg - in /var/share
chicchirichi:
left/right - changing city
Menu - selecting city
exit/blue - close plugin
