Encrypted system Videoguard
open channels on 4.8E with videogaurd encrypted system .
how to watch some other satellites add new channels on videoguard encryption system ?
any idea please share here .

Videoguard is not hacked. The reason the SVT channels are open on 4.8e is because they use a software implementation of Videoguard on those channels.

When Viasat migrated from Viaccess to Videoguard around 2003 they offered a firmware update for their official Viaccess recievers. This firmware added Videoguard support for those recievers.

I believe because of this reason someone was able to extract the key from the firmware, someone else probably knows more about this. If any of this information is incorrect please correct me :)

SVT channels are soft-encrypted (that means: do not require smartcard), because there are some areas in North-Sweden that is not covered with DVB-T transmitters. So the inhabitants on these areas can get a official Viasat satellite box (it can be old with no active Viasat subscription) and give its serial number to client service, who then activates the SVT channels to be open free-of-charge.

Same was with the Norwegian NRK and Danish DR / TV2 channels until they removed soft encryption.
