Hallo VU uno 4k se not recognizes image from USB please help

Have you formatted (FAT32) the USB before placing the image on it?
also VU+ only like small capacity USBS (7gb or under) for it to be recognised.

Copy the extracted folder “vuplus” to your USB Stick

Power off the receiver
Ensure no other USB devices are plugged into the receiver while flashing
Insert the USB stick containing the image files into one of the USB ports on the receiver, rear USB port is advised if possible.
Power the receiver on.

Have you another USB stick, a different make?
Some receivers don't like certain USB sticks.

hy to all,
I do have a vuuno4k and a "fatal error: Boot 2nd image failed", this is shoun at the in the Hyper Terminal on the end.
Can anyone help me in that case? Would highly be appreciated. The usb entries at the box do not work.
