Yes ,this transponder on Astra is a BIS transponder (I'm opening all these channels with my official BIS card.
It is used too by Canalsat and Orange.

This channels you can find at 3 different packages (orange,bis and canalsat) but those channels can be opened with new vplug only in bis package.
