voip problem !

if anybody knows of any solution, will be thankful.
already tried several tips after google-ing it, but no help ...
(there is XP on the machine)

by going to programs/accessories/tools system/system restauration
and by choosing a date of restauration which was before the problem happened, very simple and sure, and it works well now!
