Please factory reset and try again because its normel box working sky de perfect

If you read old posts you see there is a problem with viark cpu and boxes can't elaborate correctly requests/answers to be sent/received with server.
Unfortunatly it seems very hard someone have time and will to find a solution soon

Take this example.
In my receivers parking I have a starsat sr-x3 pro.
Box worked fine, but with still some bugs.
Untill a week ago, last update was still dated to December 2021

What's happend now?
A recent update has updated the box to forever140, and of course Sly-De is opened now.
But no other bug has been solved

I didn't check the firmware, but I guess only the forever part of code has been updated in the old december 2021 firmware: so box takes on his bugs though it's updated now.
Often things go this way. Minimal effort for higher income

I've lived this world for many years and unfortunatly for my friend barney115 I suspect it would be easier sly-de finds soon a countermeasure to stop this forever cs vision that have such package open on viark.
Of course I hope I'm wrong.

Except than viark is difficult to find European shops selling boxes not specific for European market.
Of course you can find many things on the bay , with problem this items have often only a virtual warranty or seller is a trickster.
Often this items come from North Africa, so you've to pay and additional import cost too.

Yes how ironic that Sky de can only be working on boxes NOT sold in Europe , But only in Pakistan and Afghan etc.. nowhere part of European market just how incredibly insane and downright stoopid does that sound ??

but you will need to buy SP1 code for €30 extra in order to activate sky de .

At present no boxes solid in Europe can actually open Sky de which is so incredibly stupid IMHO !!

it is very unlikely we will see sky de working on Viark box anytime soon ...
plenty of rumors and trash talk but that is about all i'm afraid ...

Any legitimate retailer who is based in an EU country would be stupid to openly sell boxes that are enabled to pirate Sly DE. The retailer would be prosecuted for copyright theft under EU law.
The zones where you see these boxes being openly sold do not fall under the jurisdiction of the EU.

For anyone looking to buy something like the Geant OTT 750K Allure then eBay France used to have boxes available. Some from French based private individuals, some from North African sellers who had listed on eBay France. For what its worth, the Geant OTT 750K Allure is almost identical to the Starsat X-1, probably just different badge and slightly different firmware, same electronics.

I think the "EVO" version is a later model. The OTT 750 4K series as I remember were introduced as below.

First Introduced = Geant OTT 750 4K
Next Introduced = Geant OTT 750 4K Allure (identical functionalty to the previous model except for inclusion of a HDD holder cavity on the underside)
Last Introduced = Geant OTT 750 EVO 4K Allure (not sure what update this brings)

Decent boxes, well made and good picture quality but the 4K Allure model was let down by the remote control handset, it is well made but can be unresponsive and needing repeated button presses to work. Or at least that was my experience with the handsets. I am not sure if the remote control handset problems have been resolved in the EVO 4K Allure?

You got perfectly the point

We took to be true the story of viark processor unable to manage the new upgrade, but it's really possible it's a productor specific choice not to allow the further patch to not disturb one of the most powerful provider in Europe: Sly-DE.
A precaution to prevent possible sales problem in Europe market for viark brand: issue of not interest for other brands that as you said correctly are not intended for the European market.
