VCR to vu+duo recording

hi all is it possible to record from old VCR to vu+duo hdd ?

1º - Record your VCR to a DVD

2º - With the PC, in system, and USB mini and USB normal cable
conect the external HDD to PC and copy the files to
a directory MOVIE like VOB files, Ts files Xdiv, etc.

3º - If you dont have a external HDD, use a USB stick ( +- 4Gb.
32Gb., Etc ) and conect to PC and make the same above.

4º - You now can see the records.

the easy way is to use a analog to digital/dvb-t converter.

if your vcr has rf thats all you need around £15 to £20
if your vcr dont have rf output then like me just get a scart to rf box also:thum:

This is if you have a dvb/t tuner in your duo sorry should have said this

If you dont there are loads of usb tuners around!!!

And mabie even some analog tuners that you could use!!!
If anyone knows of any that analog tuners that work on the vu+ then please let me know would make life mutch better!!!!!!!!!
