uP 9

Hi I am new to this site and am hopeful someone can help. I have an echolink 777 which I have just tried to update. After reconnecting and switching the reciever on I am left with the message uP 9 flashing in the channel screen, and there is no normal start up. Hopefully someone could adise how I can recover.
