Turning on BISS

Hi, I've searched to try to find the answer for this but it's confusing.

I have a friend with a TM 5402HDCI

Firmware is on but the BISS says OFF at the top where the keys are stored. The patch is active as the BISS menu is there but is there another key press needed?

He wants the BBC at Intelsat 907.

The keys menu are 32 in length but only 16 are listed online, does he just repeat the same ones for the audio?

He can get the picture but no audio.

Also is port forwarding all he needs to connect through the router to his pc in the other room as he would like to connect to a server for another dish has? At present the router assigns an IP to the box but doesn't show up on the PC networks.

Unfortunately, it does not seem to be a very popular receiver because there are many posts without replies.

its a very popular reciever although on this forum many members dont seem to use it. regards mdt

Biss menu always shows as OFF, no issue there.
The 16 are followed by zeros.
Receiver will do the rest.
It's a very good receiver.
