"tune failed" problem..

I have a Kathrein 912 with an installed AAF enigma 2.
A few days ago on Kathrein appeared the following problem!
Several channels shows a message "tune failed"!
SNR on these channels is 0%.
I tried everything to solve these problem..changed the settings in the tuner configuration,installed new enigma,installed new settings list..but the problem remained!
I've never had these problems before!
So I merged Dreambox 500 an these channels are working properly wich means the problem is not in the lnb or diseq fuse!
If anyone can help I would be grateful!

two days I try to solve these problem,I have read at least 500 posts,but I have not found solutions!
weirdest thing is that only two transponder does not work(OIV,Beta Digital).
I have read that these problems often occur on the dm800,but hit more transponders,sometimes the entire satellite,never one or two transponders!
if anyone has any idea?

I add new data!

30-40 channels on astra and hotbird shows a message "tune failed"!
SNR on these channels is 0%,AGC is 57-59%!
I would like to emphasize that the transponders have different polarization!
I tried everything to solve these problem..changed the settings in the tuner configuration,installed new enigma,installed new settings list..but the problem remained!
I've never had these problems before!
