The real E17 key is needed to watch the HD channels with a card.
It will not make any difference with an emu, but oscam needs the real E17 to decrypt the cw returned by the tntsat card.

People with tntsat cards need the real E17 key to watch the HD channels.

Just to confirm that the whole TNTSAT package is working with the TNTSAT Viaccess 5 smart card and the E17 key with doscam. Let's hope it will last longer, because their branded receivers suck.

I have no idea, it was already activated using the CANALready branded receiver. I am even not sure if AU is going to work well with softcam, but we will see when they change the op key. All channels are clear for the moment, including HD.

Does a new card automatically activate with doscam?
Yes, a tntsat card is activated automatically when you insert the card and switch on a tnt channel. And also the card is activated automatically after a period (some month, perhaps 6 after purchase) even if she isn't introduced in a box.

Why only so few channels?
The key hasn't been extracted yet or they changed something on their side?
All channels tntsat was open with emu because the via3 was hacked. But now only ECM via4 et via5 versions are presents on tntsat channels, except the 4 channels remaining which have yet ECM via3.
When the via4 (or via5) will be broken, emu becomes possible for all tntsat channels.

Ps : Please read a little, this is not new...

My official TNTsat via5 card arrived today. I'm using doscam v0.25 (zeroconf) on my SD-only DM7020.

And yes, the card auto activated immediately.

NT1 just works.

When I tuned to RMC Decouverte, doscam complained that Key 13 was missing so I added
[crypto]
A:0500:030B00:0D:25..........51
to doscam.cfg and the channel now works OK.

When I tuned to e.g France 3 Lyon, doscam complained that Key 17 was missing. I thought that Key 17 was for HD but anyway I added:
A:0500:030B00:11:1D..........C0
to doscam.cfg

Doscam no longer complains that Key 17 is missing and I now get:
23:59:30 10161ED8 c localuser (0500&030B00/1A36/0000/25EE/D8:B428): found (203 ms) by Slot2 (L/1/1/2)
but the screen is black.

Can anybody tell me where I'm going wrong, please?

is your key 17 correct?

Thanks for the reply.

That's the key I've got. If I change it, I get 'not found' instead of 'found', so I don't think it's a key problem.

What I don't understand is why doscam is looking for key 17 at all. I understood that key 17 is for HD and Fr 3 is SD.

Hi !

You have made a mistake, the key 17 missing in decimal is in fact the aes key 11 in hexa. So you have correctly write this :
A:0500:030B00:11:
but you need aes 11 after, not 17.
So change the key, the correct aeskey needed is F62C....EEF1

Eureka!

The answer is SD requires this AES key:

A:0500:030B00:E11:F62C.........EEF1

What was confusing me was the doscam error message which was telling me that Key 17 was missing. Actually it was DECIMAL key 17 missing i.e. hexadecimal key E11.

I was jumping to the wrong conclusion that I needed key E17.

Could someone confirm that with official tntsat card and last oscam release, W9HD and TMC(SD) are not working ?
Otherwise, all other HD channels (TF1, F2, M6, Arte, 6ter and HD1) are ok.

PS: I'm using a vu solo2 with latest VTI image.

TNT and CT3100HD

Sorry, how I can watch TntSat (on Astra 19) with my Clarke Tech 3100HD (but without internet)?
Thanks very much for the help, because I'm a new user.
