TM 5502 hd ci+ Biss key help

Hi guys, i've installed the latest phantom patch but it seems i cannot save the biss key when exiting. Plus on the patch notes indicates that pressing mute and exit takes you to the biss menu but it doesn't. Patch problem? or am i missing something?

JUST Press "8280" numbers while on any channel
Enter PIN " 0000 " NOW YOUR IN Biss key Menu

Another Way is Menu > System Information > BISS Menu

after adding BISS Key then hit Exit it will ask if you want to save ? CLICK ON "YES" Option

thanks barney, pressing 8281 takes me to the server info menu not in biss menu and from system information > biss menu i do change the key then exit but i get no save confirmation. I must be doing something wrong ..

nop nothing with 8280, trying to delete all biss key and re scanning a scrambled channel to check it manually again

Different system on 5302/5502
Press Mute-exit
Select key data
Select biss
Edit empty line with keys provider ch name
You need to add zero at beginning of provider (which is actually the Tp) so if tp is 12123 you should add 012123 I believe.

i am trying to do that but when i exit it doesn't save them, that seems to be the problem. ill try the previous patch just to check

Red button to save

1. move to biss key list of key menu.
2. press green(add) button for key insertion.
3. insert name and provider and key(0F) and key date(first 8 byte)
4. press red button for save.
5. press green(add) button.
6. Insert same name of first 8 byte and same provider and key(1F) and key data(next 8 byte)
7. press red button for save.
- key menu will display by (mute + exit) button at no menu state.(5302/5502)
