Just received and installed new 5400 which should be pre-patched and have built in cams. With me being thick, can someone give me an idiots guide to using this receiver. All scrambled channels seem to be.......scrambled. please help.Currently on Astra19E

Thanks, but i have a manual that came with receiver. It's just that I can't seem to find built in cams or what to do once I find them.
