It has been there for years and always been FTA. It's also very dull!

There had been a biss key years ago for this channel (i never tested).
But we had a lot of problems with too much signal on 10955 V 4444 8psk, only solution for a motorized dish to go a bit of position (40°E).., and suddenly the channel works.
