technomate patches

i updated with the last updated phantom patch dated 3 august 2010 for the technomate 5400 super ci but the channels on canal sat 19 east and bis 13 east are still scrambled is there a channel you leave them on or something else you do to open them first.
fairly to new this.

TM 3150d Problems

Hi, I have a tm 3150d usb which I've updated with latest phantompatch and softcam key, but Bulsat remains closed?

Thanks for any help - also now Nova's dead, is there any recommended decoder (apart from one that needs constant internet connection) that can now decrypt, basically only interested in English footy?

ihave the same problem with latest softcam on 13east.
anyone any suggestions?
