Spiderbox router/modem change

Hello, I have changed modem/router as previous 'livebox' is suspected defective and changed to a 'netgear N150' cant get spiderbox to receive non FTA channels?
pc and lap tops work as do smart phones, any suggestions?

If I change back all works well, except thare is an intermittent fault with modem hence the hopeful change

I have managed to solve this no connection problem by obtaining another router, the netgear appears to need lots of box checking and unchecking, conecting and unconecting etc...so with replacement modern router all seems to be working okay.
hope this may be of some help to someone.
