*Added Sort Channels option above the channels table.
    *Added Bulk Creation of "Provider" or "Category" Dummy Channels in the TOOLS menu.
    *Added Bulk Delete of "Blank/Feed/Dummy" Channels in the TOOLS menu.
    *Changed the Channel Table so FEED channels are displayed in ITALIC font.(Same as KingOfSat)

    *Fixed bug when Checking for satellite updates.
    *Fixed bug when Satellite details/frequencies doesnt update after its disabled.
    *Fixed bug when deleting DVB-T Freqs.
    *Fixed bug when deleting BISS keys.
