sp3 doesn`t initialize skystar 2

i need to know what is the problem when sp3 doesn`t initialize skystar 2
my pc

Win XP ultimate SP3
AMD 3500+ dualcore

it has worked perfectly in windows xp sp 2

pls drop a line

SP3 is still a beta version at moment. try uninstalling it through your controll panel..

Here is official Microsoft info for removing SP2, I guess same applies for SP3, 3 options each of them should be fine:

Use the Add or Remove Programs tool in Control Panel
1. Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Click to select the Show Updates check box.
3. Click Windows XP Service Pack 2, and then click Remove.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove Windows XP SP2.

Use the hidden $NtServicePackUninstall$ folder
1. Click Start, click Run, type c:\windows\$NtServicePackUninstall$\spuninst\spuninst.exe in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. When the Windows XP Service Pack 2 Removal Wizard starts, click Next.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove Windows XP SP2.

Use the System Restore process
1. Click Start, click Run, type %SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Click Restore my computer to an earlier time, and then click Next.
3. Click the date that you installed Windows XP SP2, and then click Installed Window XP Service Pack 2 in the Restore Point box.
4. Click Next, and then follow the instructions on the screen to remove Windows XP SP2.

there is no install or un install form of SP3

in my pc in the program install/uninstall part there is any form of sp3,
i dont know from where to uninstall it

When you got to Add or Remove programs, and check "show updates" option, you should get a list of windows xp related updates, and from there you could uninstall it.

But if that doesn't work you can try one of the other two options.

i hvae done lots of things abou skystar 2 with WIN XP SP3

but
there is no way of sp3 letting in inicialize
i will have to go back in history to sp2

SP3 is not open to the public yet. I do have a reg tweak that will allow you to download it from the Microsoft update site. How did you install it? By reg tweak ?? if so you will have to remove the registry entry before removing the sevice pack. Also their is problems with cardspace installed but dissabled by the user during SP3 install. Windows security gets all screwed up and you can not take ownership of some files to run or edit and so forth. Windows Vurtial PC is for free and its best to install a second copy of windows and run it as an image and test beta software.
