How to get picture in Sky Sport 3 in image Dream-Elite.Some change to do before picture?????

No need to change anything.

Working ok here:

Sky Sports 3 - OK - Frequency 12054
Sky Sports 3 HD - OK - Frequency 12360
Sky Sports 3 HD - Not working - Frequency 12616

Check are you choosing the right one.

Go to Bouquet, Satellite, 13E, services and see how many Sky Sports 3 you have listed and try them all.

with CCW/FCW (Constant/Fixed Control Word) key is Down .............

...... we are not talking about Official Card or C/S.........
