sky dish set up on 28.2e

hey guys just wondering which is the best frequencey to use to align a sky dish on 28.2e would i be best to go with the itv frequencey over here in ireland.
i mean im looking for the weakest frequencey to go with so that i know once set up on that frequencey it will be fine and strong signals on the rest.

28E - 11343 V 27500 FEC 5/6 DVB-S QPSK

Horror Xtra FTA always been weaker Freq for me and best one to align dish at .
