sky de update HELP

my 9c4 card do not update in official receiver.
The screen says HINWEIS 310. please help
It means it has been deactivated.
If you want to re-activate it you put your card in the reciever on the channel you want then login to sky .de and have your card Nr and pin Nr ready and it will be re-activated:thumb: Montyboy
