Skatebaord suggestion question

I'm a beginner skater interested in exploring the world of downhill skateboarding. I want a board that provides stability at high speeds and allows for smooth and

controlled slides. What skateboard setup would you recommend for downhill riding? Should I opt for a specific deck construction or shape for better stability? What

about the wheel diameter and durometer? Should I prioritize grip or slide ability? And are there any specific trucks or bushings that would enhance my control and

maneuverability during downhill descents? Lastly, what are some essential safety precautions and gear recommendations I should keep in mind before venturing into

downhill skateboarding?

For high speed and stability, definitely a longboard.
I used to street skate and still got a deck, but since I am old now, I have bought myself a e-skateboard (Exway Flex Riot ) for street cruising.
First thing you need as a beginner skater is a helmet specially for downhill.
Good luck, PM me if you like

Hey everyone! I'm torn between getting a longboard or a surf skate and could use some advice. I love the feeling of riding waves and want to bring that experience to

the streets. On one hand, a longboard seems like a classic choice, offering stability and a smooth ride, perfect for cruising and carving. On the other hand, surf skates

mimic the movements of surfing with their unique truck systems, allowing for tight turns and quick maneuvers. They provide a more dynamic and surf-like experience

on land. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the pros and cons of each option. Which one would you recommend for someone looking to bring the sensation of

surfing to the pavement?
