Hello everyone, today when i woke up, i turned on my xtrend and i was WTF?! , only 10db on 7E instead of 12.3db so as in 10E. I want to watch feeds over winter, if you guys have a solution i will appreciate.

What is the problem? Unfortunately when it's raining signal loss is a normal situation. You have a good diameter, and if you have 10 dB instead of 12 your reception is not compromised. If you want a better snr ratio you must increase your dish, but I believe it's not needed for mentioned satellites.

you may be slightly off the arc,

you may be slightly off the arc, if you get someone to lightly push lnb around and see if signal increases or not, beware if you signal increases and adjusting the dish making this sat stronger would affect other sats, better to get a professional to realign
