QBoxHD / mini SifTeam Enigma 2 Extreme Edition 0.1.0:

Dedicated to rompico-pavilions
and then fro-ing of uKillerBestia.

It 's the first version, is still a beta (because it has not been tested in its entirety) and is based on NightlyBuild 0.1.0.

- fixed few sensewheel bugs on qboxhd
- added few qboxhd customizations
- fixed a bug that didn't allowed you to use tuner slot 1 when tuner slot 0 was empty
- empty slots are now showed in the tuner menu
- fixed bugs on keymap
- minor bug fixes for stability
- added a SD skin (people with Scart or SD resolution should use this one)
