Hi to all spiderbox users, I recently came across a problem with my spiderbox 9000hd, it started to reboot, at first every half hour or so then more frequently, so searching on many forums there is a lot of info about it...apparently it is suffered by many users, alsorts of remidies tried and many failed to remedy.... now here is a story to add, my box had been perfect for years and this happend suddenly about a week after starting to use a humax 9200 !!! at first not conecting the 2 things together I tried the usual solutions with little success then by accident I unplugged the humax and the spiderbox stopped rebooting !!! I then put the humax on top of the spiderbox...and turned it on... It still did not reboot.......its now been 3 days with no reboot problem, so anyone who thought they may never solve the riddle.....if you have a humax box the riddle may have just been solved, I surmise that a field of interference extends upwards about 12 inches from the humax (as this is the point at which rebooting stops) maybe this might help people who have been struggling with this problem and have a humax 9200 or similar, here's hoping for a reboot free veiwing future......misty1 :thum:
