Please service world key it is on eutelsat w3a and it is not in Biss on africa beam

According to Lyngsat the following Biss transmissions are on 7E (Eutelsat W3A):
10969V (DVB-S/MPEG-2) S/R 2354 FEC Auto "Koko Mansion TV"
12728V (DVB-S/MPEG-2) S/R 30000 FEC 5/6 "LJB FLYWAY"
and I can not see any channels called "Service World" or "World Service" etc on 7E so more info required before we can help. Although [email protected] should know if the key for the channel he wanted was known, it would have already been posted in the keys section.......... (unless possibly encrypted in Biss, so we can get TS and start a search....)
