hi guys,
first of all i'd like to say what great site you all got here,lots of interesting reads,
anyway i have just been given a samsung dsr 9500 em via with a suntv viaccess card inside,

what i want to know is *is there anyway of moddin these boxes so i can get more channels than the free to air ?

Yep, there's alot you can do (i have the same receiver myself).

If you upload Rev. Gold Vers. 8.2 then latest Gold Ram .bin file for Samsung (with DSR Studio 1,4 or Semco Editor 2.04 Eng.), then there's quite a few channels that still open, especially on Thor (see 'Cruiser's' latest Ram bin file in Download Section for list of files that are available).
